Question about Jensen's VM9312 Car DVD Player
I am hooking up a dual xdvd700 in dash dvd player in my 2001 dodge ram 1500. how do i bypass the emergency brake wire so i can play a dvd at anytime.

Negative wire!!! Splice the brake wire,negative,and the car harness negative together.

All you need to do is connect the pink parking brake wire to a ground

Its illegal to do but i have done it! You have to connect the brake wire to either the pos or neg wire! You need to find out which one it is thou, so attatch it to the negative first so you dont cause any damage if it doesnt work then connect it to the pos wire and it should work a treat for ya! I stress connect to neg first!!!!!!!!!!
