Question about Toshiba Satellite A45-S151 Notebook
Try taking the battery out and only hooking up the AC Adapter. If that doesn't do it then try hooking the laptop up to a different power outlet.
You can also try another known working AC Adapter as well to make sure the original is not losing power.
Try unseating and reseating the memory. Try different known working memory if you can, just to rule out bad memory in the laptop.
Unseat and reseat the hard drive and dvd drive as well, this will make sure there is no bad connections to the motherboard.
If these steps don't fix it then that means the motherboard is bad and it would need to be replaced.
