Question about Hauck ICoo Targo Stroller and Pram - Mocha Standard

1 Answer

Dear Support Center! We just bought and get our new Icoo Targo stroller and pram. After we assembled, we think the backlash is too much (2 inches), where we connected the stroller and pram to the frame. Is this a general problem? How can we handled it? There is now screw, to tighten. I think this is abnormal. Please help us as soon as you can! Please send us an email, or call us on the following phone: 239 687 9806 Thank you!

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: Dear Support Center! We just bought

First of all, we're not Hauck ICoo's technical support center, but we do try to help you resolve your problem. I couldn't find their support center on the web, but what you should do, since the unit is new, is refer to any literature that came with the stroller, and call a support number if provided.
I am thinking there's one of two things going on here. Either the unit is assembled wrong, or there is a problem with the parts. I would, personally, take it back and get an exchange, and review the assembly instructions carefully. Of course, this isn't always straightforward or easy, and the instructions are often written overseas by barely english speaking people.
Try to call support, and then try for an exchange. Something tricky is going on, and it shouldn't have 2" of slack, but maybe it does, due to poor design, I don't know. Only by finding a floor model will you know for sure, or one that's been previously assembled.
That's all I can think of, and hope it helps...good luck.

Could you tell me what the pins are called that hold the wheel on and where i could buy them from?

Pins? I don't know your model but most stroller prams use Capped Starlocks if its a pin with a looped top and spits in two at the bottom it's a cotter or split pin. any hardware can help with those. Any thing else is a custom part and a problem.
