Question about SanDisk Audio Players & Recorders
Could be a hardware failure - reset the player, run the recovery tool, let charge for 4 hours after running recovery. If the problem persists, get the player replaced.
Also, make sure you don't have a simpler problem where the player just goes to sleep every couple of minutes - pressing the center button will wake it back up. There is a menu setting in which you can change the sleep timer options.
