Re: Minolta cspro ep2010
Do you have two trays or four trays for the paper? If you have four and the display is showing the bottom door is open... turn the copier off and disconnect the bottom two trays and turn it back on..... Just use the top two paper trays.. Or the problem is that a acturator is broken off the side door, look for any broken pieces of plastic. Also, recheck for any jamed paper left in the copier.Good Luck

Remove the Large glass below it you will see a pulley in the middle to the right of the pulley you will see a lens assy. off to the right of the lens assy. (looking from the left side of the copier) near the front side of the lens assy. is a small sensor the monitors the Exposure lamp. that sensor is causing that code. Open close front door to reset. if it comes back replace the sensor will be hard to fine due to the copier is a legacy machine from Minolta now Konica Minolta. try link below Precision Roller Printer Toner Cartridges Parts and Supplies Office...
When the developer is added during normal replacement, the developer bottle is installed in place of the toner bottle. Then when the F8 mode is initiated from the service mode the developer is added into the developer unit and automatically calibrated. This is only done after the old developer has been cleaned from the DV unit.
The toner bottle contains no developer. The developer is replaced separately and only needs to be changed about every 80,000 pages.
Good Luck and Thnak You for using Fixya.

I have a Konica Minolta CSPRO EP1054 (in the Middle East)
I accidentally plugged the EP1054 copier into a 110V outlet instead of
the 220V. Immediately the malfunction code (error code) of "C05"
appeared along with the "Call Tec Rep" indicator light (wrench).
I followed the instructions posted by "Soul Visitor" ... i.e., I found
the "Trouble Reset Switch" (not shown in the user manual) by opening
the upper back panel and pressing the small black button in the lower
right hand corner of the middle circuit board (green).
