Most of the time the front should just snap off. Open the doors and grab ahold and pull. Check first to see if you have any hidden screws holding it in, if there are they'll be on the sides as well but thats not too common.

I had to pull my refrigerator out to clean behind it. Now, it is now level. Will this effect it's use? Thank you!

no the ref. will work fine but it needs to graded to the rear meaning that the front should be higher than the rear so the doors will close on their own and wont stay open.

A/c compressor does not engage. with gauge the low pressure checks ok. was working two days ago. checked 1 - 10 and 1 - 15 amp fuses, okay.

Take this to an A/C shop, low ref. level can cause this issue and the thermal limiter costs TONS less than compressor failure.

You need a qualified diagnosis. If low ref, then exposure to low oil level. All of the fixes require special tools and training to correctly fix.

How to open to get water inside

No need to open iron! You just unplug the iron. Hold the iron upright. Using a clean cup, pour water into the "open" WATER FILL HOLES just above or in front of the Temp. Select Dial. Watch the water window on the left. When water level reaches MAX, you are filled. Plug in and use. Refill as needed. Ref. - Page 8 in the instruction pamphlet.

Ice cubes stick together as though too much water is coming into tray. Is there a valve or something to control amount of water coming in?

yes their is a water valve , 2 things it could be your valve or you i/m. the i/m tells the water valve to fill for about 6-9 seconds if the icemaker is bad it could be telling it to fill for 10 seconds instead of the normal time and overflow the icemaker ,or the water valve also called solenoid could be bad and at not stopping at the desighned time. i dont have your model # to go much furthur but you can remove the cover in the front of the icemaker and see if you see an icemaker water level adjustment screw, newer ge and frigidaire ref. cannot be adjusted, however wpl, maytag, and older ge ref can be and older frg.try adjusting water level at icemaker first .

I have the same exact issue. we moved our refrigerator into a different room of the house and had to remove the doors to do so. The door will not close completely now.

the level of the ref is now disturbed and you need to set the level again if its in warranty call the service center they would come and solve this or else consult the ref's user manual

Constant running

HI, Put your thermostat to minimum level, could be overloaded, make sure ref. door close properly, check ref door gasket, if air is getting in could cause that too. or faulty thermostat, if your days are hot and you're regularly going into ref, it won't cut off, but at night, it should goes off, are you sure it doesn;t goes off at night? check, if you are sure it doesn't goes off at night, with thermostat in minimum position, then replace thermostat. good luck.

Door not closing properly

Hi: The Kitchenaid refs. us a gravity close along with the magnets in the door seals. Magnets getting weak seals getting old and what you told me you checked can cause this. The easy fix is to raise the front of the fridge by lowering the front wheels. Pull the grill off the front and find the leveling screws (usually labeled.) Raise the front of the fridge until the doors swing shut with a gentle push. Before you replace the grill make sure the fridge dosn't rock side to side as you want it even. This is what they call leveling a fridge. Not cabinet level. Just sturdy. Hope I helped, Jeff
