Question about Televison & Video
How do i stop my tv from constantly shutting off?
Worked fine for 10 days. Now my TV stays on for 20 seconds then shuts off, and then turns back on for the next 20 seconds , then goes off, and so on ...
The problem is the internal power supply module has gone bad the first sign is usually the pip if included stops working... well open your lcd monitor try not to damage screen for those who have carpet you may want to use glove to keep your self grounded from cause any other damage to components the boards are usually sperate unit in the new models unplug the powersupply unit
(you can tell because the outlet that the cord connects to will be locate on this board)
once remove locate part number and call manufacture to order part another method to by pass manufacture take unit to your local tv shop it has to be a good one because most only buy new parts but ask them to test and replace bad part of power supply should be faster then manufacture send replacement part
no manufacturer want you to fix they want you to buy new units again
