Question about Nokia N72 Cellular Phone
NB:read to the end before trying any of this and remove your memory card first
the flex of your phone is bad and cannot be fixed by just anybody. it is advised that you send it to a repairer to help you check it and then see if it's just the flex or both the flex and screen. Although this is quite common to some nokia phones but try
(1)switching it off, then back on
if that doesn't work, try,
(2)you can switch it off, wait for some time and see
if it still doesn't work,try
(3)hard resetting(you would lose all data so try using pc suite to back up first).hold down *#7370# or *#7780#. in both cases, you lose all your data and default lock code is 12345(unless if you changed it)
lastly, try this combination.....switch off your phone, hold down the green or call button, the *(asterisk)button, and number 3 button, then switch on your phone.(hold it down while switching it on and don't release until it is fully on and asks you to do some setup. if it's still the same contact nokia or send it for repairs because i dont think a software update can help but feel free to try that out too.hope this was helpful?
