Hook an external keyboard to the laptop, if okay! replace the laptop keyboard. If no change check bios setting to make sure the laptop is not disabled, and reset bios to factory default.
On the receiver for your wireless keyboard and mouse there should be a button that says Connect. What you need to do, is press that button, then press the button on the back of the keyboard that says connect. Depending upon your keyboard, you may have to then connect the mouse afterwards.
its hardware problem, may be water or any liquid get inside and make the keyboard not work state, do you have any function key to disable keyboard or mouse mean go to control panel -> hardware setting check whether mouse was disable or not, if it disable mean make it enable so that your mouse works good same for keyboard.
whenever you chage the battery you have to syncnonize your keyboard and mouse to sensor of the reciver. you can see on the back side of the keyboard there is connect button just press it and on the recevre side also press the connect buton same setting do with mouse also.
have you tried downloading a newer driver for your computer? you might have to find drivers for both the mouse and your key board. make sure your numlocks is on for the keyboard to work, and make sure that in your control panel under hardware and sound check their for your mouse connections.
Hi there:
I was also facing the same problem. But when you see on back of the keyboard the instructions are there. or follow these steps.
1. insert new batteries both in keyboard and mouse.
2. decide what device you want to connect 1st (Lets connect Keyboard first)
3. Pres and Hold the connect button for both key board and receiver for about 5 secs.
4. don't press any key on key board till 10 secs (During this time it trying to connect with receiver)
5. Check the key board connectivity if it works then take it away or put it behind some barrier so that when you are connecting the mouse it don't interrupt.
6. now for the mouse do the same process as you have connected the keyboard.(step 3 & 4)
7. now check both key board and mouse they will work fine.
Thanks
reinstall the logitech cd which came with keyboard and mouse, with the mouse pluged in. once reinstalled restart and while restart plug the keyboard in..... this should resolve the issue.
