If it is blowing fuses you probably have a blown transistor or shorted component inside the amp. a transistor can look just fine and still be bad.

Why does myKenwood 800watt amp KAC-7201 2 ch amp keep blowing fuses every time i turn on the key

There is probably a short inside of the amplifier. First guess would be output transistors although it could be several other things also.

I have two 12 inch 1200 watt kenwood excelons and i want to bridge them to the amp but i can barely turn it up with out blowing fuses

Please check the impedance of those subs. Are they 4 or 8 ohm speakers? Do they have dual voice coils? this app may not be capable of handling dual voice coil four ohms and you're trying to bring it down to a 2 ohm mono.

Amp blows fuses

Are you using the correct fuse? if so,
more then likely, you don't have a good ground. Try grounding to something else that has more direct connection to your frame. If that doesnt work, try getting larger power cables.
I had the same problem with my 2500w xplodes all I had to do was get a thicker cable for the ground and battery connection. What was happening, was it was needing more power then the wire and fuse could handle, so it would blow the fuse, since the higher you have it, the more power it needs to feed the watts.
I would try grounding it directly to the frame on a good part of the frame before spending another $70 on new power cables though.

Connecting subwoofer to kac-7201 kenwood amp

from your sub connect one short piece of cable from + on one side to - on the other side using the same diameter cable as you are running to the sub from amp . this will leave you with + and - on opposite sides of speaker these will then run to the amp +to+ and - to- on the mono side of connetor which is one left + and one - right and the amp switched to bridged

KAC-7201 no sound from subs.amp is on.

It sounds like your amp is overheating.
Check to see if its location is well vented, in the past, I have had to install ports/ vents and sometimes fans, when an amp could not be relocated.
Good luck...

Blowing fuse

Most of the time, when you connect it and it blows a fuse, one of the speakers are blown or you have too high of a power demand than the amp can put out.

Can you put more detail in to your question so I can answer it more appropriately? What kind of speaker, what kind of sub, the wattages, etc.

My 800 watt kenwood

Sounds like you shorted out the main power wire somewhere and killed the amp. Is the amp on the fuse intact or blown? Do you have 12 volts at the amp? check you connections and see if it helps.
