Question about Sony VGNT350 PC Notebook
My VGNT350 is not reading CD-R, Music CDs, DVD, etc. However Windows Explorer indicates that the unit D: is there. What is happening?
Sounds like the optical eye in the drive is shot, unfortunately replacement is your only option. The machine will still recognize it's there even though it's not working properly.
