Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Motorola Razr screen went black. I can call and receive calls. However, I can't seen what's on the screen.

If your screen has gone blank and you can still recieve calls it means your phone's software needs to be fixed by a cell phone shop.

Blackberry RIM went Black!!!???!

I think the reset button is under the battery cover - You may need a paperclip to reset.

Before you do the hard reset have you tried a soft reset -
ALT+RIGHT SHIFT(CAP)+DELETE keys

Motorola razr phone

It sounds like the backlight in he LCD display has gone bad in the phone. Most displays now have an integrated backlight, so the entire display will need to be replaced. Its not considered to be a user replaceable component. Unfortunately, you'll have to take it to be repaired. The fact that you said it was "fading" before it completely went black tells me that it was going bad and about to fail.

Good luck!
