Question about Saeco Vienna SuperAutomatica Coffee Maker/Espresso Machine
I had it in storage for a few years and when I pulled it out, it didn't work anymore. Gives that weird warning that in Italian that means the pump needs to be primed. I used that hand pump that comes with it, but it didn't work. How do I fix or where can I get it fixed locally?
I am sorry if I wasn't clear. I meant for you to press the button for water so that you let water come out from the nozzle. By doing so, you are pumping water from the tank and having all the lines/components full of water and be ready to go). Perhaps when you did not use it for a while, the water lines dried up Most often when the machine says "ventilate", usually this takes care of that.

You need to prime the machine. To do that, open the water to let water out ( this will start the pump and make the water run through all the internal componets. Do this for 10-15 sec.
