Sounds like a bad connection to whatever you have it connected to (cable box, dvd player, etc). Check the connection and then replace cables.

Tv will not except signal from cable box

If you have not tried this-do so now.

Unplug both the set and the box from power for several minutes and plug both back in and let them reboot--a box can cause this issue and confuse the set.

SAMSUNG UE32B6000 have problem with conecting ,it say weak signal,or no signal just blank screen, where do i start,

If you just have over-the-air signals from local broadcast stations, you need a good VHF/UHF antenna connected to the RF input jack on the TV in order to get reception. If you have access to cable TV or satellite, you need to connect the box or receiver set-top-box to the TV using a HDMI cable. You need to select on the TV using the remote, (press the MENU button) setup for tuning channels. Do a scan after setting to AIR or CABLE so the TV picks up all available channels you can get. Once this is done you can change channels and see TV. If you reply back with specifics, I can help more...

I recently changed from Cable to Direct Tv now when I change channels the screen goes blank for 15-30 seconds before the actual show begins. the picture is fine but there is a delay when changing channels

When you switched from cable to Direct TV you went from a direct connection to having a box in the middle. The box is required to to decode the signal. There is nothing wrong with the tv, you just may not have the best signal.

well in order to get rid of the self test window from your monitor... check the cable that connects your monitor to system tower & reset the connection... becase that is the only possible cause of the self test showing up on your monitor...

Flat Panel Monitor: 1907FPt

Your monitor provides a self-test feature that allows you to check whether your monitor is functioning properly. If your monitor and computer are properly connected but the monitor screen remains dark, run the monitor self-test by performing the following steps:
  1. Turn off both your computer and monitor.
  2. Unplug the video cable from the back of the computer. To ensure proper Self-Test operation, remove both Digital (white connector) and the Analog(blue connector) cables from the back of computer.
  3. Turn on the monitor.
The floating 'Dell Self-test Feature Check' dialog box should appear on-screen on a black background if the monitor cannot sense a video signal and is working correctly. While in self-test mode, the power LED remains green. Also, depending upon the selected input, one of the dialogs shown below will continuously scroll through the screen.
    1. This box also appears during normal system operation if the video cable becomes disconnected or damaged.
    2. Turn off your monitor and reconnect the video cable, then turn on both your computer and the monitor.
If your monitor screen remains blank after you use the previous procedure, check your video controller and computer system; your monitor is functioning properly.

Can't find video signal

If screen says "Signal cable not connected " all the time till power led switches to Amber chances are monitor is ok and problem is with graphic card or cpu.Connect to Known working CPU and confirm that monitor is the problem.
If same problem persists on another working cpu after changing signal cable, the interface board in the monitor could be defective.

Plasma screen went blank.

It could be a few components like the tuner or the component that processes the still images to display on the plasma screen, I forget the technical name for it. Either way you look at it, a part has clearly blown and there's no quick fix. You'll need a professional to take a look inside it to determine what's wrong with it. However, if you're confident enough to open it up, you'll most likely see burn marks where a component has burnt out. Mind, if you open it up, not only are you putting yourself in high danger, but you'll void your warranty if you still have it left. If you do in fact still have warranty, my only recommendation to you would be to return it under warranty. Good luck!
