At boot up, keep pressing the F8 key until a menu comes up. Choose Safe Mode. When windows turns on, Choose Administrator. Then, click the start menu, Control Panel, User Accounts, Your user, then click "remove the password" then reboot normally, and log on normally.

There is a simple and risk-free method to retrieve Windows OS Password required no reinstalling anything and no computer skills. The program is Windows Password Seeker which has been recommend at about.com. It can reset all Windows login Passwords on any Windows versions. You could access to Windows just within five minutes. Forgotten password

An easy way to log in after forgetting your password is to press f8 after the post screen when you turn on your computer. Boot into safe mode and log in under the administrator account. Once logged in, go to start>control panel>user accounts and chose your account. You can either choose to change the password or remove it entirely.
