I need to unlock my BLU Dash 4.0 Music phone ......Please help!!

Use ANOTHER cell phone to call your BLU dash phone, while in the call push the back button and it should go to the home screen. Then go to your settings and take the lock off or do a master reset. Save all of your pics, music, numbers and etc... before doing so.

Hi i have a omnia i900 and i forgot may password i think because when i try to type my passwrd at start up it does even react after i press on unlock.some times it tells me passwors incorrect but most off...

If you do not remember the password for your privacy lock / phone lock then you will need to master reset the phone and that will reset the password back to the default password 00000000 (eight zeros). Please follow the steps below...

Steps to Master Reset the GSM Phones to company default settings

NOTE: Following the steps below will delete everything from the phone memory like contact numbers, images, music, messages.

1. Switch OFF the phone and take the SIM card out.

2. Switch it ON without the SIM card, the phone will say “insert SIM card”.

3. Enter the code *2767*2878# and wait for 10-20 seconds until the phone restarts automatically.

4. Now the phone will say “insert SIM card” again, put the SIM card back in and switch it ON.

Protected phone memory.

Try saving all the data you want saved to your PC, then take your sd card out, (always use the menu to remove the sd card), go into the menu and reset the phone to factory settings. it will clear out lots of unseen dust files that are left behind when opening and deleting files, applications and pics etc...

'no number' missed calls

yes i have the same phone and repair tonnes too.

clear the numbers on the phone, not the sim. now restart the phone switch off take battery out and push the red power button. now replace the battery and switch on. copy all the sim numbers onto the phones memory and backup the numbers onto a computer (a mobile phone store will do this for $25 (ish) )

now clear the sims numbers. so now all your numbers are on the phone only. this will solve the incorrect numbers which the phone reads off the sim incorrectly.

also good idea to clear the calls incoming, outgoing, missed, received.. by deleting them, as the D500 sometimes gets these confused as they are stored in the same place and under the same file headings.

this should fix the problem. also it a good idea, if the phone or sim is old...   is to get a new sim.. just get the number and so on to be transfered across.

or.... (please backup pics, vids, numbers everything!!!) try:

*2767*3855#
or
*2767*2878#
or
*2767*3855#

good luck.

you might try taking it into the t-mobile store and have them flash it with their software. There should be no charge for this
