Hi there!
Feedback percentage is based on the Feedback that you receive within 12 months. Check the Feedback that you received within 12 months in the Feedback profile page and then check if you received neutral or negative the rating will go down as the Feedback you received past 12 months rolls off. Hi Erickson,

First of all, thank you for posting your question here at Fixya.

I'm assuming here that your unit is Sharp BD-MPC41U.

The symptoms you've mentioned indicated that the power supply board of your unit gone to protection mode that's why the LED automatically shuts off. It will encountered once the feedback circuitry sensed malfunction and immediately turned off the unit to avoid further damaged.
To resolve the issue, you have to replaced the power supply board, part number RUNTKA699WJN0. I saw it in stock at this LINK or obtain it from your local Sharp service centers.

Also, don't forget to check if your unit is under warranty period (1 year), if so, avail it because the manufacturer will fix it for free. Opening the top cover will void the warranty.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hope I helped you!

Have a great Holidays!!!

Ratings and feedback are highly appreciated.

We have a 46" Hitachi TV that suddenly after the cable man hooked up a new receiver box has gone funky! The top left of the screen is wavy down about a third of the screen and the wording is...

What you just described is a convergence issue, Now most tv's have a auto focus button on them or the remote try giving that a push (if your tv has it) I cannot go by the model above because fixya has categorization errors or people select the wrong tv.

But this is a convergence issue if the focus button does not take care of it your going to need repair.

thanks for using fixya.com , please do leave positive feedback or ratings, Thanks

The brushes are not turning and its not making the usual powerful noise. Thers also a funny odor from it

This sounds like your Brush Turbine Gear has gone bad to me. Especially when you say that it has a funny odor to it, this is a tell-tale sign that the turbine gear has gone bad, especially if the rest of the machine is running fine, spraying and sucking water back up.

Here's a link that I've written previously that explains to you step by step on how you can diagnosis the problem on your Hoover SteamVac of your brushes stop spinning, as well as a step by step guide on how to replace the turbine gear if that's what the problem is.

Please be sure to rate this repair helpful, or leave feedback for me if this was helpful to you. By leaving feedback you help keep Fixya experts to continue to leave free repair advice, rather then just the premium questions that customers pay to have answered. This is greatly appreciated.

Thanks again,

Mic feedback. I sing on a shure beta 58 mic, into a 350 watt peavey amp, into 2 - 200 watt peavey speakers. My band is loud, and I simply cannot get my mic loud enough for them to hear me, without constant...

It sounds as though you are pointing the peavey at the band in a practice situation? If so make sure that each speaker is at about 60 degree angle to either side of the back of the mike (you facing the speakers), most mics reject feedback when the the user is directly in front of a monitor, but Beta 58s' tend to feedback more in that situation. Alternatively (if it is a practice room situation), why not place the speakers behind the band at 60 degrees each and turn to face the band.

Feedback problems

hi there
that is a big system
well common problem with feedback is the power wires connected to amps and the RCA wires run from the pioneer unit to the amps are too close to each other if the power wire from the battery to the amps are run down (left) side of car make sure RCA and remote wire are run down the (right) side of the car if this is done like this than it could be the RCA cables you are using the other thing is if you rev the engine does it get louder if this is the case then the noise you hear is the alternator of your car to get rid of the feedback look at your amp power wire and load it with electrical tape or buy a piece of dynamat and place it around the amp power wire this will stop that...........if what i just said doesn't happen when you rev engine than ground each amp to its on metal frame (do not ground them together) this should also stop the feedback. make sure all RCA cables are no where near the amp power cable from your cars battery
hope i was able to help

Printer not picking paper

If your printer is not picking up the paper, then it has something to do with the feed rollers not the cartridge.
Take the tray out where you place the plain paper, then get a flashlight and look for some Gray colored rollers.
These rollers need to be cleaned every so often.
I suggest a chemical called "GOO GONE" that is available at your local hardware store. Do NOT get "GOOF OFF" this chemical is too strong and will also melt some plastic material that is out there.

Take a paper towel, and put some GOO GONE on it, and clean the gray rollers.
Then try printing something and see if this helps.
Good luck.
Please remember to post a feedback rating if I have helped you.
Mac =)
