Try to examine your system: how much memory do you have installed? how many programs are running or installed? what player are you using? are the enhancements of the player active? these are just some of the things you will have to consider in system with slow performance. you can initially do the following: click start, click run, type msconfig on run window, select startup tab, click disable all, then apply and ok or close whichever is available. also try to unistall unneccessary programs, delete temporay internet files and other files not worth keeping.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My PC wont play album I requested.

You only need compatible dvd player software to listen to movie dvd disks. For playing standard audio cd disks, nothing is needed since this support comes built in-to the OS, (Windows XP or higher)

While listening songsn watching videos and while playing games it will be freez so i hv to shutdown my laptop by pressing the power button for 5 to 6 sec

The problem is the drivers are not properly installed. Check whether the audio and video drivers are properly installed. And what media player are you using ? Try with latest VLC player or media player home classic, Thank You.

Why is it that when i listening to songs on youtube broadcasting yourself the song keep stopping?

Youtube downloads the song in the background as you listen to it. If this process, called buffering, happens too slowly, then youtube will pause.
Make sure you aren't downloading anything in the background, otherwise you'll need to load the page, pause the video, and let it sit for a few moments before playing. Getting a faster connection can solve this problem.

Everytime i try to watch a video download the video keeps pausing about every 20 seconds. what can i do to fix it

The pause is to allow more of the video to be downloaded. The speed of your connection is the problem. You need a higher speed download connection (Increased bandwidth) which may cost you more. The other option is to fully download the video and then view it.

Crackling Audio

Is there any other programs running in the background IE Anti-Virus programs, or anything that could be using quite alot of Memory other the stuff your watching?
It could be either down to Lack of Memory being allocated to the Audio & Video (Probably the case if the machine has built in Shared Sound & Video Card). Try opening Task Manager and setting the Application that you use to play Music/Movies to High Priority.
If it's not that try lowering the Master Volume on the Mixer Device by going into the Volume Properties in the Task Tray (By the Clock).

Streaming video on the internet

Your download speed may be effecting this. What you need to do is waiting until file has completed downloading, then watch the video. If a direct feed from the net, hit "play" on the screen, but then "pause" wait a about 20 secs and hit "play" again, this will give it enough time to get ahead of itself.
