Living air classic service light on no ozone

I put a new lint filter on and i replaced the ceramic plate. But the red service light comes on and still no ozone. The unit runs fine and the little red bulb inside by the plate blinks and if i turn it of and back on the light will sometimes stay off a while but still no ozone. And the red light comes back. Service light that is. Can any one PLEASE HELP me with this? Thanx yarddoginohio
