Unlock problem after I've tried 5 time to unlock my LG CU720 Shine phone, then the phone was completly locked. Please anyone can help me with the code?

    I have a LG Shine CU720. I'm about to travel to my country to see my family who harmfully affected by the four cyclones in a row that went over Haiti this month. But i would not like to buy another phone when i get there. Can I be provided with the 16 digits unlock code so that i can unlock my LG shine please. If there is need for the phone's IMEI, here it is: 011487-00-811974-1.

Well the code is to be 0000, if that does not work then you will need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reset the code for you.
