WE ARE CURRENTLY HAVING A PROBLEM WITH ENLARGING A DOCUMENT WITH SMALL PRINT. WE TRIED ZOOM ENTRY ARROW UP TO 110% THEN WE HAVE TO COPY A FEW TIMES TO GET IT TO THE CORRECT SIZE PRINT.
WE HAVE TRIED OTHER WAYS, BUT IT ASKS FOR LEAGAL SIZE PAPER. WE REALLY DO NOT WANT TO PRINT ON LEAGAL PAPER.

I HAVE CHECKED THE USER GUIDE WITH NO LUCK. IAM SURE THAT IT IS A SIMPLE THING AND I AM JUST MISSING IT.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP

Is the original on legal size paper?

Is this being copied off the scanner glass or the document feeder?

I don't work on that particluar product line so I can only comment on what zoom feature can do to copies in general

It could be that the zoom is too high to fit on 8/12 x 11 paper you may have to reduce it to get it to fit.

Otherwise you might want to check with a Kyocera tech.

You might have to do some experimenting to see what the maximum zoom would be to put it on a 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper.

Can not get fax from memory

If you want to verify that your document is in memory then do the following:
1) Press the FAX button.
2) Press the Menu button.
3) Press the left or right arrow keys until you see MEMORY REFERENCE.
4) Press the OK button twice. You should then see a list of documents that are stored in Memory.
5) After pressing the Menu button, as described above, you can also select PRNT REPORT/LIST and then MEMORY LIST to print the Memory List.

Once you know that your document is in Memory you can print the document by doing the following:
1) Press the FAX button.
2) Press the Menu button.
3) Press the left or right arrow buttons to select MEMORY REFERENCE.
4) Press the OK button.
5) Press the left or right arrow buttons to select PRINT DOCUMENT, and then press the OK button.
6) You can either enter the Transaction number by using your keypad or scroll through the list until you see the number that you want to print, then press the OK button.
7) If you only want to print the first page of the document then press the left arrow. Otherwise press the right arrow to select NO to print all of the pages, then press OK.

If your document does not appear in your list it is possible that the fax was not transmitted completely, or an error occurred while the fax was being received. In that case the only thing you can do is to have the sender re-fax you the document.

Thank you for the opportunity to assist you in resolving your issue. Should you need further information or assistance please do not hesitate to let us know.
