WE ARE CURRENTLY HAVING A PROBLEM WITH ENLARGING A DOCUMENT WITH SMALL PRINT. WE TRIED ZOOM ENTRY ARROW UP TO 110% THEN WE HAVE TO COPY A FEW TIMES TO GET IT TO THE CORRECT SIZE PRINT.
WE HAVE TRIED OTHER WAYS, BUT IT ASKS FOR LEAGAL SIZE PAPER. WE REALLY DO NOT WANT TO PRINT ON LEAGAL PAPER.
I HAVE CHECKED THE USER GUIDE WITH NO LUCK. IAM SURE THAT IT IS A SIMPLE THING AND I AM JUST MISSING IT.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP
SHARON
I don't work on that particluar product line so I can only comment on what zoom feature can do to copies in general
It could be that the zoom is too high to fit on 8/12 x 11 paper you may have to reduce it to get it to fit.
Otherwise you might want to check with a Kyocera tech.
4 Press the arrow down key to select Print Report.
5 Press the Enter key.
6 Press the arrow down key to select TX Transaction.
7 Press the Enter key.
8 Press the arrow down key to select when you want the report to print out.
The asterisk (*) in the message display indicates the current setting.
9 Press the Enter key. The setting for that report is complete.
> If you want to continue the setting procedure for other reports, repeat steps 6 - 9.
> If you want to perform other setting procedures, select End and then press the Enter key.
> If you are finished making settings, press the Reset key. The operation panel will return to the
initial mode settings.
This information can be found on page 7-2 of the Fax System Operation Guide which can be down loaded from Kyocera's website.
Print from Fax Memory on MP530
1- Press Fax,then Menu.
2- Press the Right Arrow Key to show 'Memory Reference' on the mini screen. Then press OK.
3 - Again use the arrow keys to show 'Print Document' on mini screen and press OK to print.
4- Once this has printed repeat the first 2 steps and on the 3rd step go to 'Delete Document' to allow you to print the next saved fax.
5- Repeat this till you have no more Fax's saved, then the light should go out in the top left corner.
Hope this helps.

Is the original on legal size paper?
Is this being copied off the scanner glass or the document feeder?
THE PRINTER WAS NOT PRINTING CORRECTLY. EXTREMELY FADED AND NOT EVEN A QUARTER SIZE OF THE PAPER WILL PRINT
