My Olympia paper shredder will not shred paper. The red light, along with the green light is now on. I don't have a user manual with this machine. Anyone have any suggestions on fixing the shredder or finding a manual for it. Thanks.

- I have an Olympia shredder 1300.1C. The shredder will not feed paper or shred. The feed tray red light comes on when I connect to the outlet. There is not a significant paper jam. I have cleared out the debris. Is there a circuit breaker that can cut out the power? I don't see any burnt components. Please advise. - kelseyjBest Solution

On this model, make sure the hopper is all the way in. If it is, remove paper hopper and check to make sure the hopper is not broken. There is an electromagnetic switch in the front and the hopper has a magnet built in to it. run a stick magnet across the right underside and front to see if it extinguishes the light. If not, then the board is bad.
