Question about JVC GR-FXM40EK Camcorder
I have a problem with playing back a recording its just a blue screen and it wont fast forward or anything I have recharched the battery but nothing seems to be working it recorded but it wont play back
The blue screen indicates that there is no video signal received. This can be either dirty heads or bad video heads. In most cases cleaning the heads will resolve the problem. Try inserting a blank tape and playing it all the way through. Then while in play mode, hit the rewind as if doing a reverse search. After that, try the original tape again. The blank tape will act like a head cleaner. If that fails to resolve the problem, the heads may need cleaning by a pro that will use a solvent.
