Question about Epson TM-T88III (C420863)

Epson TM-T88III Won't print cents column on Z-out store report

Started using new computer with Vista, downloaded new drivers, but now cents column (far right) will not print on daily z-out report. Not prob with POS program because all columns print on regular printer. Regular receipts seem to print fine.

I called quickbooks POS and they determined it was a printer problem.

Could be the driver or it could be a setting needs to be changed in the POS program.

I would check with whoever made your POS program to see if they have any suggestions.

That could be. You should report it to Epson and hopefully they will have an update for it.

I have a Epson TM-T88III as a networked receipt printer, we have a new machine that has windows 7 and I can not get a driver to install that works. Any suggestions?

Dear Clark, it seems you have a lot of money when you suggest to waste a printer 240€ value.
The solution:
Link www.epson-pos.com and register, after that, follow this path:
Thermal line printers
Choose your model
Epson Advanced Printer Driver for TM Series (the first option for Windows7)
Install it, it Works properly.

You can set this up under printer settings - Under Windows XP - At the control panel, click printers, right click the tm-t88iii printer and select properties. Click the 'Device Settings' tab and there *should* be a option to open the cash drawer after printing.

Make sure you go into properties of printer and enable draft mode..or best dependant on your needs...otherwise install new driver from 'epson downloads' for your printer

Espon TM-T88III Not Feeding or Printing

Does it have a manual insert for the paper?
If it does, try putting the paper in that.
If not, or if that doesn't work, I recommend trying to reinstall the printer and drivers.

If that also doesn't solve your problem, please post back.

Need printer driver

Please download APD 3.04 from the epsonexpert website. When installing the driver it will ask you on what operating system you are going to use. Please select windows 2000 instead of xp. You should be good. If not use generic text (if you are using parallel or serial cable).
