Dvd keeps freezing in stills (by 3 users)

i have RCA drc285 dvd player, and from few days ago star to freezing with the disc or with the usb port,
you try to play any disc and in just few minutes stopped and you can see some line in the screen
what's the problem, what can i do about it?

My dvd player will cut out after a few seconds-mintue and it will freeze. Won't turn off/on and i have to unplug it but it does the same thing over again when i try it again. Bought it only 2 weeks ago!
