Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 350 All-In-One Laser Printer
How do you scan multiple pages into one file?
You cannot scan multiple pages into one file if your C350 doesn't have a HDD installed. Same problem for me, still trying for a workaround...

Chose the "Seperate Scan" option from the main panel. This will continue to scan into RAM until pressed again, at that point all will transfer/print as 1.

The easiest way is to fit as many "pages" onto the scanning surface as you can, but it largely depends on the type of scanner you are working with. It should have a tutorial to help give you an idea of how to do that. The other tip i can give is carefully read the prompts that come up as you scan and instead of clicking on "done" or "finish" try "next" or "add" or look for a box that has a "documents to be scanned number" in it.

SOURCE: scan multiple pages to email
Do you have Microsoft Office?? If you do try this:
First, gather the paper you want to scan. If your scanner has anADF, you can load a stack of pages at a time. The first time you scan,Document Imaging detects the ADF for you.For more information about the ADF and whether your scanner has one,see the documentation that came with your scanner.
You will also want to sort your paper; if you have color pages thatyou want scanned in color, sort these in a separate stack from theblack and white pages. Load your first page, or first stack of pages(with an ADF) in your scanner.
Then, start Microsoft Office Document Scanning (the scanning component of the Microsoft Office Document Imaging program.)
Set up your scanning optionsIn the Scan New Document dialog box, do one or more of the following:
The papers that were once cluttering your desk have now beentransformed into electronic documents. Within these documents, you canarrange pages, move pages to different documents, delete pages, printpages, add annotations, copy text to other Office programs, or send apage to someone in email. And still have room on your desk for yourcoffee.

SOURCE: scan multiple pages to one file
There are several programs available for downloading that work as print to pdf... some free some not. You can try pdf creator it's free and works well for me, the download isn't very long and the install is super easy.
after you install the program, you should see a pdf printer in your printer selections. You don't want to try to save your file, you have to select print and then select the pdf print to file option in your printer selection. Print the first file to a file you create to save it as a pdf. for the subsequent files you will need to choose Append to an existing pdf file and select the file you have created.
Test the file to see that both of your scans are in there and that they are in the order you want them to be in. If all that works find, you can follow the same procedure with each scanned page and they should all end up in one file.
the pdf print to file is also a great way to save webpages in one single file :)
hope that helps!

The HDD was not set. In other words, the machine has to be told in the service menu that is has a HDD. FYI, you have to reconfigure you scanning afterwards.

Typically it is possible, in advanced settings for scanning it will typically give you an option to scan multiple pages into one document.
