Question about EuroTech EWF172 Front Load Washer

Eurotech EWF172 front loader overflowing

I have narrowed down the problem on my washer. I believe that the machine is overflowing because it does not know that it is full. I have leveled the machine, I have turned down the water pressure, and it is still overflowing out of the detergent drawer area. Last time When it was overflowing I pulled out the drawer to get a better look and there was a pool of water waiting to drain into the machine. So in my non-mechanical mind that tells me that the washer has too much water in it. SO How do I fix this?

Try the hard reset to overcome this problem and the machine will come to its original state.

Drum not draining water

you could check the drainage hose to see if there are any kinks or clogs. sometimes the water has no where to go because the hose has some material stuck inside of it.

Will only spin slow speed will not spin at high speed. Everything else seems to be working fine.

Make certain that your selected wash cycle designates a higher spin speed. If so, then you may have an issue with the motor or motor control board. Contact an appliance service company.

Eurotech front loading washer, noisy on spin cycle with load.

Hi, could be one of at least two things - if the inner drum can be moved up and down by hand more than an inch when you grab it through the open door it could be the drum bearings that have failed - not good. Usually accompanied by a grinding noise and dirty specks on the clothes.
If the outer drum is really loose in the casing - check with machine unplugged and top removed - then one or more of the very strong springs at the top or the telescopic dampers at the bottom might have come off or broken from it's mounting.

Hope this helps!
If it doesn't, please hold off the rating button and add a comment with more details so I can try to help you further. Cheers, D
