Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
First keys stopped working. not battery. removed battery and sim and let sit. eventually keys came back. camera mode shows HIGHLY degraded image and captured image is horrible. is this a flex cable issue? is this difficult to replace? where do I get one? what else could cause this? thanks
A degraded display in camera mode and in the image captured may have to do with the White Balance setting in your camera. I don't think it would have anything to do with the 'flex cable' (you mean the USB cable?)
I realize your removal of the battery is similar to a master reset, but not entirely. I would back up your phone entries to your simm card or to the online locations used by the downloadable all that backs up your entries.
Lastly, just what version of the V3 do you have and is it from Motorola, Spring or Version there are so many different versions out there and our product selection list does not drill down far enough for we techs to know what version you have.
