U have bad dm board , this board look like a cable box , when u open the back cover of ur tv u would see this box , u have to replace about 7 capaciotors on this box , the capaciotor are on the small boars inside on this box 1000Uf at 16 volts , but if u have no idea on how to replace this cap u can hire a tv tech nowmal repair is about $250

On the power supply board near the connectors for outputs. Probably a 'pico' fuse which is small and soldered in - looks like a solid colored smaller resistor, usually.

Green light flashing


The WS65813 is the V23++ series. The blinking led means the DM caps have failed you can get the V23 DM repair kit at the following link which contains the replacement capacitors and step by step instructions with pictures so you can do the repair. Heres the link its listed under the repair kits category.

You have a defective power supply and/or DM board, usualy are bad caps 1000 uf 16v, if after replacing all caps the problem persist you will need to contact mistsubishi and send the chassis for repair.
