Hi,
This is how to set it.
Don't put your mp3 ringtones in the 'ringtone' folder. Just place it into the 'music' folder. Find the song that you want as a ringtone and click on the left soft key and scroll down to 'use as' then 'ringtone'.

I can't download no music and pictures from my computer to my psp!

In order to play music in the PSP, the songs have to be in mp3 format other formats do not work with the PSP.If you do not have songs in mp3 format, you can download mp3 songs from www.beemp3.com. Once you have downloaded the songs save them in your computer and plug in your PSP.Then drag or copy and paste the songs to the PSP memory stick in the music file.
For pictures, choose the pictures that you want to transfer to your PSP and drag them to the memory stick in the picture file

Not playing songs/ transferring to MP3 player on Rhapsody.

You probably have to redownload the songs again. Forget about the pictures, this player is pretty buggy, it's not worth it.
