Question about Gateway Computers & Internet
After shutting down take off the power cord from the power supply, wait 10 secs and plug back in. If the problem persists let me know because than it might be a different issue.

Wow that is strange. When the power supply turns off there cant be any more power.
Are you sure you dont log off or go to stand by? My computer does that to. Since I reinstalled windows my cpu fan stays running and my 2 case fans. Just go to power options to adjust your standy by options.
