Could you please pass reformatting info my way?

Hi,

Im new to this so bare with me...I was reading a question already asked by you involving the K1 showing missed calls. My phone will not update anything that has to do with incoming or outgoing calls. It will cycle through names that were already in the recieved calls list before the problem took place.
The reply you got said they would send you the information on how to reset or format the phone, but that info wasn't actually posted. I was wondering if you could pass whatever that information was my way. Thank you.
