You need to go to where you bought the machine from. They will issue you with the form to fill out and do all the paperwork for you.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I bought this phone at Walmart under the straight talk plan. It worked fine but three months later, it doesn't hold a charge any more. Can I get my money back?

Hi Connie:
I recall that they are really good about warranty for defective products.
My suggestion would be to contact the customer service representative at the store where you bought the unit. A friendly "consumer oriented" approach on your part will hopefully get a reasonable response.
Best of luck.

Hello I want to file a claim I have warranty I cant get a hold of anyone

Hi

To file a claim it looks like you need to send an email with the details using their contact form here:

Support Android Tablets at an Economical Value Ematic

Below is a link to their Shipping and Warranty Policy, although your extended warranty may alter these depending upon what is covered.

Shipping Policy Warranty

It also mentioned a tel number - 1-888-968-1985 - which I presume is the one you tried, but worth trying if not.

I don\'t where you are situated but in the UK, the contract for a sale is between Purchaser and Vendor, it may be the same where you are so it may be worth going back to where you bought it (unless of course you bought it direct !!) as they may be able to help with more and different contact numbers. Also if they sold you the extended warranty, that warranty may be with an insurance company rather than the manufacturer, so you would need to contact them.

Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya

Cheers

If warranty is expired and I have a 30day grace period afterwards can I still file a claim for.repairs during the grace period

You can claim only for service charges. You must pay for the replaced components, if any, during this grace period.

I have a 1 month old samsung n148 netbook. I rarely use it with the battery, mostly connected to the cord. However, after some time, i charge the battery. when i try to open it with just the battery power,...

Your Netbook is still under warranty and I will not advice that you experriment or tamper to loose the free warranty claim on the PC. So what could be done is to discharge fully the battery and then try to charge fully , if this wont charge then the battery is a suspect and you must claim for replacement as it could have developed back EMF and so will not charge.

I have an acer aspire one .The problem is that it's battery dfoesn't get charged over 75% even after prolonged charging.

This shows that the battery is not healthy enough to accept 100% charge and is only healthy enough to accept 75%.

The solution is to claim warranty support on the basis of a faulty battery, if you have not had it long.
The alternative option is to purchase a replacement battery, you may even get one that holds more charge. A 6cell will enable you to use your laptop longer than that of a 3cell.

Thanking you

My lg cell phone wont hold a charge ill charge it all night but when i take it off the charger it really hadn't charged at all.

Remove the batttery and check the voltage. if the voltage is below the indicated level-- 3.6V- then you have to cahnge the battery as it might have developed reverse polarity and not allowing charge to go into.
Please refer to my tips in my profile for solutions for battery life.
Now remove battery clean the contacts, connect adapter and measure the volage on the tterminals in the phone ,if the voltage is OK then the battery is faulty but if the voltage is present corect then your battery must be changed, claim for free replacement if in warranty.

Battery

Hello!

I will suggest you that you should claimed the warranty if ever there is,

Because sometimes the camera charger got a problem, If you have an spare battery maybe you should try to prove that charger is good and only the battery is busted.

This problem maybe solve by removing the battery and fix it back. and then charge it again.

But its better to enjoy the warranty. You should decide if the cause is much reasonble by changing the battery or by going to the vendor and claim the warranty.

best regards, melnavz
