Try install again some of windows components are not working properly like others and needs a time to start or just click troubleshooting and find a solution on help and support.

I suggest you turn OFF all start up Items on your system, these use the PC memory up as soon as Windows Starts. Stat up Items can be disable from MSCONFIG, Starup and just unclick the Application that needs to stop from running during start-up, NOTE make sure you do not disable any windows application in MSCONFIG start up Items.
Your Processor heated up more than the expected limit. Often caused by a trouble with Heat-Sink(and or the Copper tunnel if have one inside), Short Circuit. You have to check the Processor and its Socket.
CPU fan is not functioning: You have to check whether the fan works properly (with a good speed - rpm).
Your Sensor has a fault. You have to check the Sensor.

To reset the default security provider in Windows XP, delete the relevant registry keys in the Windows registry. To do this, follow these steps:
Start the computer. Press the F8 key during startup to start the computer in Safe mode.
Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Delete the following registry keys in the Windows registry:
-try t drain everything out of the computer first; remove the power adapter then remove the battery; after 1 minute try again; if problem persists run diagnostics
--while the computer is off, press and hld the "Fn" key then press the power button at the same time to start the test; note down error message then consult manufacturer for the code obtained. if no errors found it is a windows problem; you need to reinstall windows on the computer
