Question about Whirlpool Washing Machines
Either the machine was plugged into 220volts, the inlet valve is clogged, the tap is turned off, or the selector knob for the wash/rinse temperature is set incorrectly.

Have you checked the filters or strainers inside the hookup for the hoses? they tend to get clogged rather easily.
