Every time i try to download my new pics a thing pops up saying program is already running and wont let me down load

apparently there is a program or firewall blocking it or a virus..best thing to do is start computer up in safe mode with internet access then try to download it should let you

well what you should do is look for a program creative centrale use this link download the one that says download the starter pack then run through every thing and there you can put music. pic's, and videos on it or if you don't want to do that just go to start, my computer, (plug in your mosaic) and look for the device double click then double click on storage media or what ever and you'll see the music, pic's, and videos folder to put videos on just use the program to put them on.


to get free music in mp3 format get the program free youtube to mp3 converter you can take the url from a youtube vid and paste it on were it says paste and then click download.

Just use the SD CARD READER to transfer the pictures into computer . Its the fast way to transfer the pictures then the software.
I have already doing the same way with nu Canon A470.

Repair your PC via the Windows installation DVD

Then again download the required activeX controls.

In this way you wont lose your data either and the problem would also be solved.

try Picasa, free from google. it works for many USB cameras, simple. Camedia software has more bells and whistles, but Picasa hasnt failed me yet.

That pop up is actually an update for your mcafee you can get rid of the popup by disabling auto upgrade detection or on upgrade center or turn off popup from your browser. by blocking pop-up window. go to preferences of you browser and disable pop-up windows.

hmmm..so you're saying it won't start the download, or not finish, or what?

What kind of software is it? If you go to the Task Manager (Control + ALT + DEL) you should see the process running there. End task and then try to run it again.

Well, I may have a solution. Some music websites or "free" mp3 websites put a type of license or protection thing on the files that you download so that when you try to listen to them, you can only use certin software/music players and also make it so you cannot use any of the files on your mp3 player/iPod. I tried a place called emusic.com and they say you get 20, or so, free downloads BUT you can only use their music player for them. And the funny thing is, they have avertisements in about half of the packages of new mp3 players in the market. Try looking at their policy or license on the website to see if you can put the songs on your mp3 player. Good luck, and have a nice day.
