i don't know but i have one and i recommend you just copy and paste them to the folder because if u sync it will be in different folders on the mp3 and if u listen using random it will only play the songs in the folder you are in .

You might need a new screen for your ipod as yours may be completly messed up from the water. It should not be too expensive to replace.

Eeek droped in school crack from bottom to top but it still works but is so ugly and way to fix?

my father had to this for my sister once on her ipod. what you'd have to do is gently pry each piece off one-by-one and then buy a new screen, and then glue the new screen on.
hope this helps and good luck ;-)

The screen just says MP3 Player and wont do anything else. There is a new AAA battery installed as well. What's going on?

Yes, your programing just got messed up. Plug it in and then run the command prompt program.
Start...run.... and type in "cmd'"

Once the prompt window opens up, type "fomat f:" or what ever drive letter your mp3 is. hit enter. the mp3 player will re-format and then it will work as usual.

I got my sansa e250 wet, and i've been letting it dry in front of the fan. at first it worked fine, i could listen to music and i could see the screen. then it froze, and ever since i tried to restart...

The motherboard is messed up. There is some corrosion on it. you are going to have to get the motherboard replaced. our company can fix it, but you will have to tell your boyfriend. Thanks, Connie
