How are you able to enter premium problems

Hello, how are you able to enter premium problems?

The thing is you shouldn't even have expert tools on your profile page yet.

To be able to solve premium problems, you will need to:
* Be a registered Expert on FixYa.
* Earn the rank of Wiz or Guru.

You also need to have solved atleast 30 problems. and at this time you have only 13.

it must be a problem with the website, this camera problem here

    http://www.fixya.com/support/t665244-can...

thats actually a premium problem which you would get paid 5$ from if you solved it. but if you go on to unsolved problems page do you see expert tools?

if you don't see your expert tools yet then the earnings wont be calculated untill you get the rank of a wizard or guru. thats when the expert tools should show up.

  • Ekse Jun 12, 2008

so untill you get your expert tools there if you dont have them I would recommend you stay away from premiums it may be that you wont get paid for them. But when you get your expert tools your welcome to solve premiums, and you will get paid also :-)

It won't let me answer any premium problems at this time.. Is it possible that I answered it before the user clarified it as a premium problem?

Washing Carseat Fabric

Hi,
You may have solved this problem already, but I had a similiar situation. If you can remove the round hard plastic fasteners that the straps pass through, it really is not too difficult to take the pad off. They are just clips that push against the hard plastic back of the seat to hold the straps in place. To remove them, I just took a flat head screw driver and placed it against the long side of the fastener and pushed up and toward the center of the fastener. I did this for both sides of the fastener and it popped right out. The straps then just unhook from the back and thread through to the front. Make sure to note how the straps are placed so that they can be replaced correctly. The pad washed up very nicely for me. I used warm water and regular detergent. I let it dry in the sun. Hope that this helps.

Have you seen this post by CA92793

yer, user names pop upon his other repairs as wll. I hate liars... makes a mockery of the work we do in here to see this sort of carry on. Wonder how long it will take admin to get rid of him.... if they even bother to. They don't seem to can experts that do the wrong thing easily. Guess thy all need a second chance, but his last comment about free money being first on premiums says it all. Someone told him that or he would not be doing it.

Remote Assistance

You know what I do.. If we solve the problem with remote assistance, I mostly take them back to fixya if already closed, then on the my profile page open the write a review link on the chat for them.

Yeah no problem.

Btw, I think it solved on its own I haven't changed anything but its only showing one email in all messages now instead of duplicates.
