HP officejet j5750 tried to print photo and system shut down unable to print any files. unsuccessful in reinstalling printer receive error message usb port does not recognize printer

    I have been using an HP J5750 for 2 years. All of a sudden it stopped working. first I could no longer scan and now I cannot print from my computer. It sez "no printer device found". Do you have a solution?

go to the HP website, pick products enter model number/tag and see if you can order new CD software or download an image on cd/dvd on another pc(if your pc is not working)
if this is a printer not a pc, do the same thing but download the software from the HP site to your pc to install it from online
not sure what hp officejet is

You can try to google for printer name, make and model for drivers and with luck you will be able to install it from there, worked once for me.

I just loaded new HP 94 and HP 97 ink cartridges in my HP 6210 Officejet. I went through the alignment process and received a sheet that had colors, but no black ink. The printout indicated the alignment...


Make sure all the protective tape on the Black cartridge has been removed. Also are the inks re-filled? I have seen many re-filled cartridges fail in a similar maner.

Ok you already tried the majority of the troubleshooting process. The next thing I would try personally is removing the software/driver for the printer and reinstalling.

This typically fix's an unusual problem like that, as the cause could be on the software side of the printer and not the hardware itself.

My pc will boot then immediately shut down. I did


Start-up in "Safe Mode".
Connect an external disk-drive.
Backup all your E-mail & contacts & files & music.
Confirm that the backup is "good".
Reinstall Windows.
Reinstall your anti-virus software.
Reload from your backup.

Code "purple" means you and your computer are done. It is an unrecoverable error that means you need a new system. However, I have found a couple of postings that claim to know a fix. I can not verify these methods, I do not own a HP or other type of prefab PC (custom is the only way to go). Anyway, here are the links, good luck.

Try to delete unnecessary files on your computer, coz your computer is low in memory. open up your printer if theres a pending document then try to clean or empty it. boot your pc. Then try to print your document.

Control Panel -> System -> Advance Tab -> Settings under Startup and Recovery. Unselect Automatically Restart. Click Ok twice. Try to run you software and look for any error code.
