Our Canon MP360 imageclass printer

Our Canon MP360 imageclass printer does not print black print properly. The lines are hazy and print is unreadable. We tried changing the ink cartridges a couple of times. We have also done the maintenance steps available on the printer. However, the printing is not fixed. Kindly advise how we could fix the problem.
