1 Connect iPod to the computer.
2 Drag image files from the Photos folder or DCIM folder on iPod nano to the desktop or
to a photo editing application on the computer.
Note: You can also use a photo editing application, such as iPhoto, to add photos
stored in the Photos folder. See the documentation that came with the application for
more information.
To delete photos from the Photos folder on iPod
1 Connect iPod nano to the computer.
2 Navigate to the Photos folder on iPod and delete the photos you no longer want.

I don't think that is possible. Its a one way thing where you can only put pictures from your computer into the IPod.

If it does work, click on your Ipod in Itunes and go to the pictures folder and see if it will let you drag and drop them.

If it does then it work but ITunes doesn't work that way under normal situations.

iPod supports only mp4 and h.264 video, you have to convert your video to iPod compatible video at first, then add the converted video to iTunes library, plug in your iPod to computer, sync your iPod with iTunes, done. If you need detailed info, here is a step by step guide will teach you how to put DVD and video to iPod

I cannot send videos to my sansa e280 ipod

First off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as it?s connected, this program will also allow you to download YouTube videos and put them on your mp3 player too

Ipod is not recognized by itunes. it wont play or charge it just blinks 4 times when i plug it in

  1. The iPod reset utility will reset your iPod shuffle back to it's factory settings. It works for the following shuffles: iPod shuffle (1st Generation) - iPod Software version 1.1.5, iPod shuffle (2nd Generation) - iPod Software version 1.0.3
The reset utility will fix the following issues.
    1. The iPod won't play music and can't be restored using iTunes
    2. iTunes won't see the iPod but you can see it under "My Computer" in windows or under Apple System Profiler on a Mac.
    3. iPod shuffle (1st Generation) is identified as a device in "Recovery mode." iPod shuffle (2nd Generation) is identified as a "USB DFU device."
  2. You have to have administrator privileges to run the restore software and it will wipe out all the information on the iPod (including all your music) and install factory software back onto it.
System requirements are Mac OS X 10.3.9, or later, Win2k with sp4, Win XP, this won't work on Vista.
Download the file for the program here:
    MAC
    http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/ipodresetutility102formac.html
    Windows
    http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/ipodresetutility102forwindows.html
  3. Install the software onto your computer, plug your iPod into the USB port and run the reset program, it will ask for your permission to reset the iPod, answer yes and the process will proceed. After finishing the reset procedure then use iTunes or whatever software is used to access your iPod and load your music. Enjoy your toy!

I have a few video files that I would like to put over to my Ipod. They are in a format that I know from putting previous videos over, that words for the Ipod. For some reason these few videos won't sync...

Try to copying files using Windows Explorer instead of sync using Media Player but it will work with Windows only. If you are using other OS, do the same with appropriate program.

Downloading

You need to use itunes as your music management software and ipod management software. You can download the latest itunes version at www.apple.com/itunes.

From here you can purchase items through the itunes music store, or add your own music by adding files from your computer, or putting a cd in your computer and coppying it into itunes so you can put the songs on your ipod.

Hope this helped,

Nathan.

How can i put video on my 60GB ipod ? whenever i try it says that my ipod does not compatible with the videos

Hey laceyhebert,

You should be able to load movies onto your iPod either automatically or manually through iTunes, but remember that the files need to be in MPEG4 format in order for iPod to recognize them.

Whether you choose to automatically or manually load files, the first few steps are the same:

1) Connect your iPod to your computer.

2) Select the iPod icon when it appears in the iTunes window.

3) Click on the "Summary" tab.

If you want to load the files manually, select the "Manually manage music and video" option. Once you've done this, you can drag-and-drop the video files you want to transfer from iTunes to your iPod.

Should you want to transfer them automatically instead, make sure that the "Manually manage music and video" option is not selected and press the "Sync movies" option.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron
