It will actually work, however,
you will not be able to dock the iPod® Nano into the JBL On Stage™.
You can connect the audio in cable to the headphone jack of your iPod. That's the only way, hope this helps. Pls rate solution. Thanks!!

Nano 3 rd generation is not compatible with the JBL on stage dock , you need to buy compatible dock to listen to music or if brought this you can get it exchanged to another dock which is compatible with the nano 3 rd gen..........

- Try using the batteries on your dock and power it on and even check its on which connect to power adapter this could even fault in the power adapter .............if did not work you need to contact if under warranty or if out of warranty you can give it to a local service center and it fixed..............

I accidentally plugged my external hard drive cord into my jbl on stage micro speaker dock (the cord fits both) and think I shortcircuited the speaker (i.e. it won't turn on now). Is there any way to fix the speakers or are they dead now?
