Question about HP Fax Machines
LOOK IN CONTROL PANEL, PRINTERS, SEE IF PRINTER IS LISTED, IF IT IS HIGHLITE THAT PRINTER AND LOOK UNDER PROPERTIES, THEN CHECK PORTS. SOME OF THE LATER HP PRINTERS CONFIGUR AUTOMATICLLY TO LPT1 WHICH IS ASTANDARD PRINTER PORT. YOU MAY HAVE TO FID THE FIRST USB PORT AND APPLY. TRY IT

2. PLUG your USB CABLE into a different USB slot on the computer
3. Ensure that your USB cable is plugged in completely both sides of the PC and your device
