Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Motorolla razr, black oldest edition

Hey, my phone was low on battery life so i put it to charge, when i came back i tried to turn it on and the screen looked as if it was starting up, had the loading screen, then went black and turned off. Now every time i try to turn it on the screen remains black, the keypad lights up briefly flickers once and then lights for a seconds more before turning off. The same thing happens if i hold the power button down, any solutions?

Try another battery and if the lights just blink briefly....your main-board sounds like it is damaged so you may need a new one.

I put my Droid Razr on charger but battery symbol comes on with ? mark. Won't charge or turn on.

1. Turn off your phone when it's not in use. If you're not using your Verizon Wireless Razr, then shut it off. Your battery will last much longer if you regularly do this.
2. Charge your phone less. If you charge your Razr nightly, then your cell phone battery won't last long. Try to charge your phone only a few times a week to extend the battery life.
3. Keep your Bluetooth turned off when you're not using it. Applications, like Bluetooth, are notorious for sucking the power from a cell phone battery.
4. Protect your Razr from extreme temperatures. Your cell phone battery lasts longer if kept at room temperature.
5. Discharge the Razr fully. Before you charge your phone, let it completely die. You can extend the life of the battery by regularly discharging and then fully charging it.
6. Leave the battery in the phone. Keep the Razr battery dry and free of dirt to prolong its life.

Need Help : Even after placing the charger into the (Motorolla V9 ferari) phone , it still displays " Battery Low , cannot program " Boot loader 05.80 SW Version R263313-AS_u_A 0.03.2FR

the problem is from the battery.
the battery is bad and needs to be replaced with a new one.
so, go to a nearby motorolla outlet purchase a new battery, charge for an hour before putting ON the phone..
NOTE; do not switch on the phone until the battery is properly charged.

Razr not charging -

New charger is needed - Razors are VERY particular about their type of charge - If it is a bad charger - You will see the battery indicator flashing red - and it will be empty - this is the phone saying pretty much that it cannot use this charger -

I have had ALOT of problems with razors and returned chargers - Try to scoop up an original - or take it to a location and test the charger first -

You can try to remove the battery and then put it back in - then try to charger it but i doubt that will work -

Get a new charger - TEST IT FIRST IN STORE!!!
Good Luck!

When i got in the pool my phone got wet................

Sir, you can put it in rice if you want it but the best solution is to open up the phone both sides and clean it or dry it. If you try to charge it or turn it on you will toast it. Hope this would help.

Power is draining

How long have you had the phone ?

your Phones battery could be potentially Leaking, and it may not be able to hold a charge anymore after how you have described the symptoms. Batteries that can no longer hold their charge expel all of the energy they would normally use to power the phone, and this generally causes excess heat around the battery compartment,

i would suggest purchasing a new battery, preferrably one created by Motorolla Specifically for your phone, when you have the battery, keep the phone on charge for a long time to ensure the battery holds its maximum charge !

This should solve your problems

hi Bilkow..

In attempting to remove the SIM card without removal of the battery you could have potentially broken an electrical link in the main circuitary or caused a fault within the battery compartment.

i would suggest checking out the Motorolla website to see if there are any FAQ's or solutions for you there. if the problem persists, i would contact your Mobile carrier for assisstance.

hope this helps
