Break lights don't work. could it be the binker switch

The brake lights work off a switch located by the brake pedal. It has a push in type plunger to make contact when appling the brakes. That will be the first thing to check for continuity to see if it works correctly. Use a OHM meter and test it as if your testing a standard home light switch

THE BACK RUNNING LIGHTS WONT WORK

Sounds like a HOT wire to those lights is grounding out on the vehicle somewhere. I would trace the wires to see if the insulation is worn through somewhere.
