If your printer has a paper tray, do not fill the tray. Overfilling the paper tray is frequently causes paper jams. Many printers have sliding mechanisms that allow different types and sizes of paper to be fed into the printer. If the slider is not correctly positioned, it can cause a paper jam.
The paper jammed on fixing unit area. Probably the pressure roller is worn-out causing the paper to stick on it rather than sliding the paper out. I know the problem, Its the Exit paper sensor! if u make a short circuit on the pin 2 and 3 of the CN2 when the paper reaches the sensor it wont jam. Chainging the sensor resolves the continous paper jam or try to clean it!
