My of has a run dll issue and won't open any programs nn short cut no start menu how do I install missing ?

Hi there,

Option 1:

There are 3 step to repair run dll error

I think your computer is already very dangerous, and you should fix it immediately. I had the same problem with you, it bother me for a long time. I have searched many ways online and found that the following method is the best, my friend had run dll error too, he also quickly fix run dll error with the following method. I think you should try it, I hope it can help you:

1: Download a run dll error repair tool, install this error repair tool.
2: Open run dll error repair tool and scan you computer for free
3: Then click the Repair All Button again and your done! It is very easy to repair run dll error.

Here are the url of run dll error repair tool:http://www.repair-dll.com/

Option 2:
Run MSCONFIG at the run prompt. Check all the tabs (especially the Startup tab) for that file and uncheck it.
XP does have several files that it reads at startup (including AutoExec.bat and Confiog.sys for compatibility) and these can ALL be accessed from MSCONFIG.
You can also boot u io Safe Mode and run Malwarebytes if you have problems here.
Post back if it is not working we will be happy to help you.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!!!!

I've been getting an error message: sysenv.dll missing

Hi friends,
"The file sysutil.dll is missing."
"Cannot start Metamail. A required component is missing: sysutil.dll. Please install the application again."

sysutil.dll error notifications may appear while using or installing certain programs, when Windows startup or even shutdown. sysutil.dll errors are caused by situations that lead to the removal or corruption of the sysutil.dll. In some cases, those errors could indicate mostly a registry problem, a virus or malware issue.
to Fix Sysutil.dll Errors

The sysutil.dll error message could apply to any program or system that might utilize the file on any of Microsofts operating systems including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows 2000.

You can fix a sysutil.dll error and there are many ways to do it. A registry cleaner program can help by removing invalid sysutil.dll registry entries that might be causing the DLL error. The below utility is without a doubt the best one out there at the moment.

Let me know if any further clarification is required. Hope it will help! Dont forget to rate the solution!!

Problems with startup

Don't worry about this message, it may be something you have uninstalled recently and the ".dll" file(direct link library) is still in the registry for start up. Obviously 'Softex' is the software, so if your'e not familiar with this it may be a spyware programme that has been removed or needs removing, but is still in your start up. If you download this http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/programme (it's excellent,it's free and has no spyware)you can easily see what programmes are starting up and remove if necessary and you are able to clean and check your programmes for lost links etc. If you know of the programme and have uninstalled it by accident re install the software or try a system restore to the point before this started. Hope this helps.
