Question about HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
How can i solve this problem?
This happened to me two days ago. We did a live chat with HP and they took us to a special menu in the machine. We had to erase the error and then reset. It is working perfectly now.
HOLD down * key and then # key and let both go at the same time.
Hit and release in sequence 1,2,3.
Using right arrow key go to configuration menu.
Hardward Failure status.
To clear press OK.
Cancel back out to main menu.
Shut down with on button.
Unplug from machine then wall.
Wait 30 seconds.
Reverse process to turn back on.
It will cycle through its beeps and clicks.
Do a test print.
