However I found the answer prior to your response. On a Toshiba Satellite A65-S126 Notebook, there is a single screw on the right hand side under the vents that houses the compartment with the hard disk.
The manufacturer's specks claimed one screw removal for the HD; that is the only compartment with one screw on that model.
