Be sure you have Microsoft ActiveSync installed: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/help/synchronize/default.mspx
once this is installed, then connect you phone and follow the steps to sync. Once connected, you should be able to browse the contents of your phone from My Computer (copy and paste files or whatever).
